Applications are invited from unmarried Men and Women candidates for a prestigious Academy under Short Service Commission in Air Traffic Control Cadre of Executive Branch, of the Indian Navy for Course commencing Jan 2012 at Indian Naval Academy (INA) Ezhimala, Kerala. Candidates are to fulfill condition of nationality as laid down by the Government of India
About Indian Navy: The Indian Navy is a well balanced and cohesive three dimensional force, capable of operating above, on and under surface of the oceans efficiently safeguarding our national interests. The Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS) exercises operational and administrative control of the Indian Navy from Integrated Headquarters of MOD(Navy). He is assisted by the Vice Chief of the Naval Staff (VCNS) and three other Principal Staff Officers, namely the Deputy Chief of the Naval Staff (DCNS), the Chief of Personnel (COP) and the Chief of Material (COM).The Navy has the following three commands, each under the control of a Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief:-
- ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
a) Age. 19 ½ to 25 years i.e. born between 02 Jan 1987 and 01Jul 1992 (both dates inclusive).
b) Educational Qualifications.
§ B Sc in Physics, Mathematics or Electronics with minimum 60% marks or
§ M Sc in Physics, Mathematics or Electronics. with minimum 55% marks
c) Application Forms in accordance with the prescribed format and complete in all respects with superscription on the envelope “APPLICATION FOR SSC (ATC) JAN 2012 COURSE Qualification…….. Percentage……..%” are to be sent to the address given below by 18 Apr 11. Applications sent by Speed Post/ Registered Post/Courier will not be accepted.
