1) Research Scientist : 19 posts (Software Development – Programming/ Application Development & Value added products/ Database Organiation)
Tenure : Three years duration,
Qualification : M. Tech. (CSE/ Electronics/ IT) / BE (CSE/ Electronics/ IT)/ M.Sc. (CS/ Elecronics/ IT/ Applied Mathematics/ Statisitics/ Physics/ Geoinformatics)/ MCA with BCA or B.Sc.with Match background.
2) Research Scientist : 01 post (Hardware and Software Maintenance)
Qualification : BE (Computer Science/ ECE/ IT)
3) Research Scientist : 12 posts (Satellite Data Processing and GIS Database Design),
Qualification : ME/ M. Tech. (OR)/ M.Sc. (Geology/ Environmental Science/ Geography/ Forestry/ Agriculture/ Soils/ Geoinformatics/ Remote Sensing)
4) Research Scientist : 04 posts (Water Resources/ Hydrology/ Data Management & Modelling and Decision Support System),
Qualification : Ph.D. or ME/ M. Tech. with 2 years relevant experience in Hydrology/ Water Resources/ Physics/ Environmental Science/ Atmospheric Science/ Meteorolgy/ Agriculture Physics/ Geology/ Geography/ Soils/ Computer Science
Pay Scale: Rs.8000-13500 for BE/ B.Tech./ M.Sc./ MCA/ M.E./ M.Tech. and Rs.10000- 15200 for ME/ M.Tech. with 2 years relevant experience or fresh Ph.Ds.
