NDA-II and Naval Academy (NA) II Examination will be organized by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on 22nd August, 2010 for admission to the Army, Navy and Air Force wing of the NDA for 126th Course and Naval Academy for 88th (10+2 Executive Branch) course commencing 30th June 2011.
Applications are invited for NDA and NA examination only by unmarried candidates.
No. Of Posts : 355 (Army-195, Navy-39, Air Force – 66, Navy Academy- 35)
Educational Qualification :
- Army : 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
- Air Force, Navy and Naval Academy : 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University with Physics and Mathematics.
Age : Born between 2nd July, 1992 and 1st January,1995.
Application Form Details : Candidates must apply in the Common Application Form devised by the Commission for its examinations, which can be purchased from the designated Head Post Offices or Post offices throughout the country for Rs. 20 only.
Application Fee: Rs.50 through Central Recruitment Fee Stamp . SC/ST/PH candidates are exempted from payment (General & OBC candidates required to pay full fee).
How To Apply : Eligible Candidates can apply online at UPSC website http://upsconline.nic.in/
Otherwise applications by post sent to the “Secretary, Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069″ either by hand or by Post/Speed Post or by courier on or before the 19th April, 2010
For the candidates from far flung areas the last date is 26th April, 2010

Yes u can Apply for nda even if your 12th std has started.
But see to it that u have limited Attempts so it would be better if u apply after ur 12th std..
